We are looking for a highly motivated and technically-minded Business Analyst candidate. You will join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role suits someone ready to tackle complex projects and enterprise solutions.
You won’t hold a senior role. Nevertheless, your past technical or IT experience is crucial. Your ability to think outside the box will be essential. Moreover, as a Business Analyst professional, you will serve as the primary liaison. You will bridge our internal technical teams and our clients. Consequently, you will act as the trusted face of the company.
We need a creative problem-solver. Specifically, you must bridge the gap between business needs and technical reality. To that end, you will help us build innovative solutions from the ground up.
As a Business Analyst professional, you will:
Collaborate with business stakeholders. Gather and document requirements for complex projects.
Use your technical background. Assist in the analysis and design of enterprise-level solutions. Moreover, leverage your IT expertise to ensure feasibility and alignment.
Serve as the primary bridge between the company and our clients. For instance, translate complex business needs into clear requirements. Additionally, manage expectations and foster long-term trust.
Drive end-to-end stakeholder management and team coordination. Similarly, align cross-functional teams with client priorities.
Own all aspects of documentation. This includes high-level business cases and detailed technical requirements. Accordingly, ensure every artifact is clear and accurate.
Work closely with development and QA teams. As a result, you will translate business needs into actionable specifications.
Identify and implement process improvements. Use creative and unconventional thinking to solve problems. Meanwhile, optimize workflows using automation and AI.
Manage user stories and project tasks in JIRA. Ensure clarity, prioritization, and traceability across the project lifecycle.
Contribute to detailed reports and presentations. Consequently, provide transparency and strategic insights to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, AI advancements, and best practices. Subsequently, you will provide valuable insights to the team.
A bachelor’s degree is required. It must be in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Prior technical or IT experience is a must. We need a Business Analyst candidate who understands the technical landscape.
You should have a proven track record. Specifically, you must have handled complex projects or enterprise solutions.
A collaborative mindset is essential. You must also think creatively and solve problems unconventionally.
Solid analytical skills are required. Excellent communication and organizational skills are equally important.
Familiarity with JIRA is preferred. You should know how to manage user stories and project artifacts.
Proficiency in data analysis tools is advantageous. Additionally, you must be skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite.
AI & Emerging Tech: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a strong plus. For example, knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, or LLMs is highly advantageous. Experience with prompt engineering or AI-assisted analysis is also beneficial.
