Our CEO was fortunate to be a part of a wonderful learning experience that was hosted by the renowned entrepreneur Paolo Ruggeri held on the 16th of October at Radisson Blu Hotel-Dubai Media City.

He is the forerunner of 12 companies, spoken at a number of TED Talks and the author of “Business Improvement and Leadership.” During the course of the event, he took us through various strategies that were the key aspects of success for entrepreneurs in the Gulf region despite economic conditions. Among a few he emphasized on were to strengthen and fix issues that occur within the company rather than what’s external and out of your reach. And also how it’s important to have a definite set of goals that you want to achieve without which things may go in an unexpected direction. First WHO and then WHAT, the essence of a successful business is to gather and be able to keep the right people with you at all times. In that case, the market conditions, the technology that you invest in are all secondary.

The session was very informative and educative with a number of interesting analogies and examples that were taken from real life.
