Elon Musk has announced that Tesla cars will have a racing game that can be controlled from the driver’s seat with the steering wheel. the multi-billionaire and technology entrepreneur announced the game, called ‘beach buggy racing 2’, at the 2019 Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles on Thursday (13 June).
Tesla already feature playable atari games but musk said he wanted to add more to the car. The game, which is called ‘Beach Buggy Racing 2’, is a 3D off-road kart racing game which runs on multiple platforms including Android, Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch. it’s similar to Mario Kart where players drive a buggy through different settings like beaches, towns, deserts and jungles.
No word yet on when the game will hit Tesla systems. But what we do know is that the gas pedal won’t be involved when it does — which should ensure a fun game doesn’t take a dangerous turn.
“The brake is wired in,” Musk said, According to Vice News “And I think we’ll probably have the scroll wheel for the gas pedal just so somebody doesn’t accidentally…”
