About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with strong Playwright automation experience to join our development center in Kochi. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across our software projects through a combination of manual and automated testing. You will collaborate closely with business lines, developers, and clients to deliver flawless enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Testing & Automation

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for web applications.

Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business lines and stakeholders.

Create detailed test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements and user stories.

Execute test cases, analyze results, and perform thorough regression testing after bug fixes.

Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing (PC, mobile, tablet) to ensure consistent performance.
Quality Assurance Processes

Ensure full application of relevant quality assurance protocols and methodologies.

Document, track, and verify defects and fixes using appropriate tools.

Assist in developing, documenting, and streamlining quality assurance models and standards.

Help define and implement new tools for quality assessment and process improvement.
Collaboration & Communication

Communicate effectively with customers, internal departments, and peer teams.

Work collaboratively with developers and project managers to ensure projects adhere to quality standards.

Manage troubleshooting and resolution of quality assurance issues independently and efficiently.
Required Skills
Core Expertise:

2-3 years of experience in manual testing for web-based and standalone applications.

Must have hands-on experience with Playwright for test automation.

Strong knowledge of QA methodology, tools, and best practices.

Experience developing, documenting, and implementing quality assurance standards.

Proven experience with functional testing, system testing, and regression testing.
Technical & Analytical Skills:

Experience writing comprehensive test cases based on business requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-platform testing scenarios.

Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
