Responsibilities:
– 🔄 Coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT) with business lines
– 📝 Creates test scenarios/cases based on business requirements
– ✔️ Executes test cases and analyzes results
– 🔄 Performs thorough regression testing after bug resolution
– 📚 Ensures full application of relevant quality assurance protocols
– ✨ Acts as a manual tester handling all manual testing duties
– 📊 Documents, tracks, and verifies defects and fixes
– 🛠 Assists in developing and streamlining quality assurance models
– 📈 Assists in defining new tools for use in quality assessment
– 📢 Communicates effectively with customers, departments, and peers
– 🤝 Works collaboratively to ensure projects adhere to quality standards
– 🚀 Manages troubleshooting and resolution of quality assurance issues

Qualifications:
– 🕐 2-3 years of manual testing experience in web-based and standalone applications
– 📑 Experience developing, documenting, and implementing quality assurance standards
– 🛠 Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools
– 🌐 Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing (PC, mobile, and tablet)
– 🛠 Strong experience in functional and system testing
– 💡 Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
– ✍️ Experience writing test cases based on requirements
– 😊 Positive, results-oriented attitude
– 📢 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
