We’re looking for a highly motivated and technically-minded Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dubai. While you won’t be in a senior role, your past technical or IT experience and ability to think outside the box will be crucial. We need a creative problem-solver who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical reality, helping us build innovative solutions from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for complex projects.
- Use your technical background to assist in the analysis and design of enterprise-level solutions.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
- Help identify and implement process improvements, using creative and unconventional thinking to solve problems.
- Manage user stories and project tasks in JIRA, ensuring all requirements are clearly defined and tracked.
- Contribute to the creation of detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technical best practices to provide valuable insights to the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Prior technical or IT experience is a must.
- A proven track record of handling and contributing to complex projects or enterprise solutions.
- A collaborative mindset with a strong ability to think creatively and solve problems.
- Solid analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with JIRA for managing user stories and project artifacts.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
