Apple unveils the new iPhone 11 range

“We’ve always believed that giving people wonderful tools will enable them to do wonderful things,” Apple CEO said at the keynote at the Steve Jobs Theater in Apple Park in Cupertino, California.

Apple has unveiled its 2019 iPhone lineup: the iPhone 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max and,m iPhone 11.
The Pro-branded models are being touted as the “most powerful iPhones ever”, naturally, and are the first to sport triple-camera arrays. The iPhone 11 Pro also features a new “Pro” design that’s crafted from matte stainless steel, all-new 5.8in and 6.5in Super Retina RDX displays and Apple’s newly-debuted A13 Bionic CPU.

The lesser-spec iPhone 11 also features an “all-new” design, with its glass and aluminium chassis said to be the toughest on a smartphone to date. There’s also a new camera setup comprising 12MP wide-and ultra-wide lenses, and an array of new colour options including yellow, purple and green.
But more than any other feature, it’s the camera hardware and software that take the headlining role. There are three cameras on the back of the Pro phones and two on the back of the iPhone 11.
Those three cameras on the back of the iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max are Apple’s biggest risks in a series that plays it safe this year. For many people, the iPhone represents the gold standard for smartphone design and cutting-edge features like Face ID unlocking, which Apple says is now faster than before. But despite bread-and-butter features, like support for Wi-Fi 6, the iPhone 11 trio fails to push the envelope, relying instead on the big camera change and smaller refinements to keep up momentum.

Both flagships will come in 64GB, 256GB and 512GB storage options; respectively, prices for the iPhone 11 Pro are Dh4,219, Dh4,849 and Dh5,699, while the iPhone 11 Pro Max will be at Dh4,639, Dh5,269 and Dh6,119. Apple maintained the entry-level price for the third year.
